In April 2025, İntrotema participated in the 47th Kuwait Islamic Book Fair, held under the theme “Towards a Civilisational Awareness”. Organized by the Social Reform Society, the fair took place from April 21 to May 3, 2025, coinciding with Kuwait’s designation as the Capital of Arab Culture.
The event featured over 120 international publishers and hosted a range of cultural activities, including intellectual seminars, educational competitions, and workshops. A notable highlight was the “Genius Challenge”, a competition engaging students in subjects such as the Quran, Sunnah, history, geography, Islamic culture, medicine, and the natural world.
During the fair, İntrotema had the honor of meeting with the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Türkiye. Together, we reviewed the Arabic edition of “Çöle İnen Nur” by Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, a title we represent. This meeting underscored the importance of cultural exchange and the role of literature in bridging communities.
Our participation in the fair provided valuable opportunities to connect with publishers, distributors, and cultural institutions, reinforcing our commitment to promoting Turkish literature in the Arab world.
