Strengthening Literary Ties – İntrotema at the 48th Kuwait International Book Fair

In late 2025, İntrotema Literary Agency took part in the 48th Kuwait International Book Fair, which brought together 611 publishers from 33 countries. Held under the theme “Capital of Culture… Homeland of the Book”, the fair coincided with Kuwait’s designation as the 2025 Arab Capital of Culture and Media, giving this year’s edition special significance.

Throughout the fair, our team held a full schedule of meetings with publishers from across the Arab world. Our discussions focused on rights sales, the evolving needs of the Arab market and new opportunities for the publishing houses we represent.

Our conversations in Kuwait highlighted the region’s growing demand for diverse literary voices, high-quality translations and fresh cross-cultural content.
